The gear shifting has been rough, and the gears keep slipping while I’m riding. It’s frustrating because it feels like something that should’ve been caught or fixed before, so the whole issue seems avoidable.

I got interested in Urwahn sometime around spring, or maybe it was early summer, because they seemed to make a big deal about sustainability. But once I started actually looking for details, it all felt a bit light. I couldn’t find much that clearly explained where the parts come from or any solid numbers backing up the eco claims.
For bikes in this price range, I expected more than nice wording and polished branding. Maybe the bikes themselves are great, I’m not saying they aren’t, but the sustainability side just didn’t give me enough confidence

I bought this bike thinking the frame would feel solid and reliable, especially for what I paid, but it didn’t really meet my expectations. Right away, I noticed a few rough spots in the finish, which bothered me because I’m picky about that stuff. After just a few rides, I started feeling some flex and hearing creaking, and once I noticed it, I couldn’t ignore it. Maybe mine was just a bad one, but I was expecting much better build quality. Customer support was decent enough, but for me, the frame itself was the big letdown.

I usually have a reasonable standard for assembly instructions, but this setup really tested my patience. It took forever to put together, and the directions were confusing enough that I had to keep stopping and guessing what to do next.

I really wanted to feel like this was a worthwhile purchase, but after trying it out, I just don’t think it justifies the price. For what you actually get, it feels underwhelming, and I found myself wondering why it costs as much as it does. Maybe it would be easier to recommend if it were priced lower, but at the current price, it just doesn’t feel like a good value to me.

I reached out twice about my order and never got a response. It’s frustrating, lol. Kind of feels like they just leave customers hanging.

I ordered from urwahn.com and, the charging has been hassle-free so far. The plug fits securely, and the battery seems to fill up faster than I expected, which is a nice surprise. The only annoying bit was that the app showed the wrong percentage once, so that made me second-guess it for a moment. Overall though, it feels solid and I’m happy with it.

Not gonna lie, the ordering part was smooth and straightforward. The only thing is the checkout felt like it could’ve been a little faster, and the confirmation email took a bit to come through.

I was excited when I first got my Urwahn. The frame looked great, and I had that new-bike feeling where you just want to take the long way everywhere. For the first couple of rides, I kept trying to convince myself I’d made a solid choice because the design really is cool.

But quickly, the little issues started piling up. The brakes began feeling weak, the shifting got rough, and I found myself constantly adjusting things instead of just enjoying the ride. Some of the bolts and smaller parts also feel cheaper than I’d expect at this price. In the end, the frame is the highlight, but the rest of the bike didn’t live up to it. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I had a problem with my bike the whole warranty process was a headache. They made it sound like support would be easy and reliable, but that was definitely not my experience. Replies took forever, nobody gave me clear info about the repair, and I kept getting passed from one person to another like no one wanted to deal with it. For what I paid, I expected them to actually stand behind their product. Disappointing, and I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I was excited when the bike showed up, but the brakes felt weak right from the first ride. I still remember stopping at a red light near a bakery and noticing a pigeon just standing in a puddle while I was squeezing the brake harder than I felt I should have to. In the rain it got even worse, and it just didn’t feel safe enough for riding around the city. For the price, I expected a lot better. Support was polite enough, but the issue never really got fixed. I wouldn’t buy it again.

This bike just felt way too twitchy and unstable for me. I wasn’t comfortable riding it at all, especially once I got up to speed. What’s frustrating is the policy seems to have these little loopholes where something can feel unsafe to the rider, but still not clearly qualify as an issue. Either way, I didn’t feel safe on it and wasn’t happy with the experience

I’ve been riding my Urwahn for a few weeks now, i’m happy with it so far. The frame feels solid, and on regular city streets it rides smoothly without any weird rattles or anything like that.
I guess the only thing I’d mention is that on rougher pavement, it can feel a bit firm. I wouldn’t really call it a super soft ride, but for daily commuting and normal rides around town, it’s comfortable enough, and yeah, I’m glad I got it.

I wanted to like this bike, but the look just isn’t doing it for me. The frame has this awkward, “DIY science project” vibe and doesn’t look clean at all. For the price, I expected something a lot sleeker, not this little oddball-on-wheels situation.

I’ve got a couple of steep hills on my usual route, and this definitely gives me a nice boost most of the time. It makes the climb feel a lot less tiring, which I really appreciate. It’s not perfect in every situation, but for my day-to-day use, it’s been a solid help.

I’ve been riding my Urwahn pretty much every day for almost two years now, it’s still holding up really well. The frame still feels solid, really solid, and while the paint has picked up a few chips here and there, it’s nothing major. I did have one time where the service reply was a bit slow, but overall I’ve been happy with it.

I ordered the bike and then basically just sat around waiting way longer than I expected. The updates weren’t super clear either, so I kept having to check on it myself, which was kinda annoying ngl. The bike itself might be totally fine, but the delivery time was bad for me

I don’t know why, but I really expected the packaging to feel a lot more secure for a bike at this price. Mine showed up in a box that looked flimsy, with the corners mashed in and the tape already starting to come loose.

When I opened it, the parts inside didn’t seem held in place very well either. A few things were rubbing against each other, and there just wasn’t much padding, which made the whole unboxing feel a bit stressful instead of exciting.

The bike itself might end up being fine, but this was not the first impression I expected from Urwahn. I don’t know why they’d risk shipping something expensive like that in packaging that feels so underdone, but it definitely left me disappointed.

It does get me around town, so I’ll give it that, but the battery definitely gives up sooner than I expected. It’s fine for short trips, as long as you don’t get too ambitious with where you’re going.

The bike does look really nice, really nice, but wow it’s heavier than I expected. Carrying it upstairs every day is such a hassle, and even riding it feels kind of slow and sluggish. I wish I had paid more attention to the weight before buying it.
